FFC is a consortium of individual locally based financial services providers; there are often variations in the terms and conditions applied by any individual member organisation. This section is aimed at providing you with accurate information regarding our members:
You can request any of the above information by emailing your local finance provider and requesting typical example in writing. Where possible supporting information can also be found on our member's independent websites.
During the initial stages of an application you will be asked by the relevant loan officers to complete a straight-forward application form, attaching your evidence of a bank refusal, followed by your business plan or development strategy, banking and credit history, identification and the necessary fees (fully refundable if your application is unsuccessful).
Completed applications are then forwarded to an independent panel of local assessors for approval. All loan officers are non commission based yet collectively maintain a commercial outlook with every application and go all out to provide a level of service that is:
