Small Business Finance is a loan guarantee scheme aimed at those businesses that are having difficulty raising finance through the usual sources like bank loans and overdrafts.
We work closely with Lloyds TSB to ensure that enterprising people are not excluded from raising finance for business.
Our aims are to create employment opportunities and encourage new business formation in the West Midlands.

Key Criteria
To be considered you must be the principal, partner or director of a start-up or an existing small business, not more than five years old, employing less than 10 people. Consideration will also be given to community businesses.
Eligible Expenditure
The loan can be used for working capital and or equipment purchase.
