ART (Aston Reinvestment Trust) provides loans to business and social enterprises based in the Birmingham and Solihull. Loans are offered to businesses for viable projects, where the company is not able to access their full needs through commercial sources. Can lend alone or as part of a package.
Min Value: £10,000
Max Value: £50,000
Interest Rate: Between 6% and 12% above base.
Key Criteria
- The proposition must benefit the area through the creation and/or preservation of jobs, or the provision of local services.
- Applicants must be based within the Birmingham and Solhull area
- Applicants must be/become a member of ART, minimum £250.
- Most sectors and purposes covered.
- Repayment over 6 months to 10 years. No penalty for early repayment.
